Date: Saturday, July 21st 2012
Time: 10 - 5pm
Location: Gaden Khachoe Shing monastery
Gaden Khachoe Shing is a Buddhist monastery dedicated to preserving the Buddha's teachings as transmitted through the Gelukpa lineage of Tibet, for the benefit of all beings. The lineage was founded by the great Master Je Tsonghkapa in the 15th century in Tibet. The monastery is located in Bloomington, Indiana. It officially opened in 2007 under the spiritual direction of the Venerable Kuten (Choijin) Lama and with the blessings of the great lineage protector Dorje Shugden and many important lineage masters. This was possible because of the support and generosity of our monks, board members, many sangha members and dharma friends.
Please note: At this moment, monastery is open for visitors only by appointment. Please Call monastery (812) 334-3456. Thank you.
Please check our other location website: www.dgtlmonastery.org. Visitors are welcome during the regular hours 10 - 5pm.
