Buddhist summer kid"s camp

This camp will also focus to help kids to learn about Buddhist culture, how to pray, meditate, do yoga, caring and compassion towards all beings and living in harmony with one anothers and nature. 

Meditation practice helps to bring peace and calm and the simple moves of yoga, anyone of any generation can bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. These quite activities help promote health, better concentration, progress in studies and success in other activities. 

Please join us for the kids' meditation and yoga camp. Children are encouraged to bring adult with them - moms, dads, grand parents, aunts, uncles - everyone is welcome to learn together. This unique camp is enjoyable day that create opportunities for further interaction later as you can practice together the new techniques that you have learned. 

Date: Saturday and Sunday, July 22 -Sunday 23rd  2017

Time: 9 - 5pm

RSVP: Registration is limited, so please RSVP to secure a place by providing the following information. Parents are also welcome to join with Kids ages 7 - 16.
