Meditation helps us to train the mind to remain peacfully and uninterruptedly in a stable state of on pointed concentration over an extended period of time.
Because of that we are more productive in our dharma practice and other activities, reduce stress, bringing peace and calmess. By engaging in the consistent practice of Meditation, the mind can be gradually tamed and become clear and completely free of agitation.
In this course you will learn, how to meditate and focus. Everyone is welome to join us. No previous knowledge in Buddhism is required. This course is recommended for beginners.
